Established in 1921, SCBA is the oldest and largest professional association of legal practitioners in Sonoma County. We serve the 1,400+ lawyers who live or work in Sonoma County. Our mission is to serve the legal profession and enhance its professionalism; to serve the broader Sonoma County community; and to support and improve the system of justice.

Mentorship Program
SCBA encourages attorney and student members to participate in our mentorship program. Whether you're a student, new attorney (or just new to Sonoma County), or a seasoned attorney looking to give back to the profession, everyone has a place in this program.

Fee Arbitration Program
SCBA's Fee Arbitration Program is an informal, confidential, and lower-cost forum for resolving fee disputes between attorneys and their clients. Fee Arbitrations can be initiated by the attorney or client.
