EMPLOYMENT LAW ESSENTIALS

This eight session series has been jointly designed for new lawyers, business lawyers, small law firms, human resource professionals, business owners and all others who seek to improve their understanding of employment law. You may choose the entire series or only those sessions of interest to you.   

All sessions occur Thursdays from 3-5 pm via zoom beginning June 10, 2021. Can’t make it? Every session will be recorded for viewing for one week post session for your convenience.

The Sonoma County Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section:  We are a body of local practitioners with a broad array of experience, expertise and skill in the practice of labor and employment law. We offer educational programs and social events to all practitioners that are designed to: (1) keep members informed of developments in federal, state or administrative law; (2) assist the practitioner in developing and/or maintaining practical skills in representing employers and employees, and (3) strive for best practices for our members and their clients. The Section welcomes plaintiff and defense side members of the SCBA to its membership. 

The Sonoma County Bar Association Barrister’s Club: The Barrister’s Club is comprised of new attorneys (within their first 5 years of practice) and students. We are excited to be a part of bringing this essential seminar series to the community. This series is uniquely tailored to benefit our members and others in our community with its’ fundamental building block information.
