Who’s On First? An Update on Joint and Personal Liability Issues in Employment Litigation
Employment litigation, particularly wage litigation, is often not a covered claim by insurance. Employment claims are often fraught with financial disappointments for both plaintiffs and defendants, and their attorneys. This program will provide insight on current case law and statutes, and discuss developing trends in capturing and avoiding liability in employment claims.
