This is a legally compliant Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for employers of 5 or more employees in California and any other person interested in attending. Non-supervisor employees are required to complete 1 hour of this training every 2 years. Supervisory employees (including any attorneys who work with staff) are required to complete 2 hours of training every 2 years. Non-supervisor employees should register and attend the first hour and can leave (log out) at the break. In the training, we will go over definitions and examples of harassment, how to perform compliant investigations, and what kinds of remedial measures should be taken in response to a complaint of harassment.
