How to Get a Spousal Support Award Using the §4320 Factors

(Including Demystifying the Marital Standard of Living)

In California whether a party is entitled to spousal support depends upon the fourteen separate factors (and sub-factors) contained within Family Code Section 4320. This program will focus on those fourteen separate factors (and their sub-parts) contained within Family Code §4320. The presentation will cover each factor, how to explore them, and how to give the bench what they need to rule in your client’s favor.
